Do you have what it takes? Do you want what it gives?
Our Graduate Management Development Scheme is a fantastic foundation for your future career with the UK’s largest Residential Developer and our customers’ Homebuilder of Choice.
It is all about succession planning and is unique both in its concept and effect. To ensure our company’s future leaders are the best around, we need:
- high calibre people who have gained excellent academic qualifications in any discipline whatsoever.
- people who have achieved high personal development and are able to recognise their own growth through their life experiences.
- people with potential to achieve director level in a regional company within five to six years.
Our scheme will give you personal, customised training with programmed rotational training through all aspects of the business so you can make informed choices as you drive your career forward.
Your graduate programme will begin with a two-weeks’ residential company induction comprising Health & Safety Induction and site visits, business simulation, and presentations from senior directors on everything from corporate finance through to product development. You will get to meet members of the UK Board of Management and the PLC Board and, importantly, you will have fun.
Your Rotational Training Programme will last up to two years during which time you will experience the work of every department in the business and spend months on site in Production and Sales. You also get to visit Taylor Wimpey’s USA or Canadian divisions and spend four weeks comparing the North American and UK businesses.
The opportunity to spend time in each department allows you time to identify in which department you would like to build your career in management.
Visit www.taylorwimpey.com for more details.
